NEGATIVE PRESSURE SHALE SHAKER

The negative pressure shale shaker can improve the recycling of drilling mud by a unit of vacuum absorption device installed under the last screen of shaker, which can generate a certain frequency vacuum suction by pulsating air flow. This type shaker lowers the difficulty of mixed solid-liquid separation, effectively decreases the moisture content of solid phase of treated drilling cuttings by 20%~30%, increases the overall drilling efficiency, greatly reduces the drilling waste volume, thereby lowers the cost of waste treatment.
Characteristic
1.Purification treatment of OBM, WBM and SBM;
2.The vacuum negative pressure device can be installed on the used shale shaker by retrofitting, which is easy to installation without any damage to the original shaker performance and structure;
3.The new type negative pressure device has more bigger suction force compared with current homogeneous vacuum device meanwhile, the combination of vacuum negative pressure device and common shale shaker can make the shaker be equipped with higher mesh screen without mud overflow problem during operation;
4.The vacuum suction system can simultaneously connects with two or three common shale shakers to perform the vacuum suction function, with easy and quick installation and operation;
5.Without additional floor space required for equipment and meet the narrow space requirement of ocean platform etc;
6.To retrofit the common shaker to be negative pressure shaker with an external hanging type small vacuum sucker device;
7.Easy to installation without additional air compressor, air tank and other auxiliary equipment compared with homogeneous vacuum negative pressure shale shaker, only three phase power supply is required for the operation with characteristics of easy moving and wide application. The negative pressure device and shale shaker is split type, which can be placed according to the actual site situation.
