The coal slurry treatment system is a kind of solid-liquid separation integrated system, specially designed and developed for the underground application in coal mine with the characteristics of compact structure, small dimension, easy operation, better separation performance and lower moisture content.
The system mainly consists of double single layer shale shaker, desilter, tank, high speed centrifuge, feed pumps etc. It can treat the slurry step by step, among which, the shaker can separate the particle size more than 2mm from slurry, the desilter can separate the particle size more than 30μm from slurry and the centrifuge can separate the particle size more than 2~5μm from slurry.
