  1. Communicate with user in detail and clearly know the user demand and provide the matched equipment and system;
  2. Provide technical proposal and relevant scheme drawing;
  3. Provide the equipment test report and site operation report; 
  4. Welcome customer to make the factory audit.
After-sales service

After-sale service

  1. Delivery inspection is made as per industry standard test program and provide the certificate of qualification;
  2. Warranty period: 14 months after factory delivery or 12 months from the date of use, during which, for the non-human equipment failure caused by equipment quality,  KEA will solve the problem for free;
  3.  Before factory delivery, the general assembly and water test will be made and trail operation as well. The user or third party appointed by user can make the acceptance inspection in factory;
  4. KES is responsible for the self-made equipment, outsourcing and relevant documents;   
  5. After factory delivery, KES provides technical service and system debugging as per customer requirement, and personnel training to make user having ability to equipment operation, maintenance and repairing. When equipment failure happened within 1000km domestically, KES will dispatch personnel to site within 48 hours and to site in 72 hours above 1000km domestically for replacement of damaged parts and troubleshooting;
  6. Periodically callback to know the operation situation and solve any problem user faced in time.
