The depth of deep water well drilling is 20m~300m, KES provide special designed water well drilling solids control system based on abundant design and manufacturing experience of drilling solids control system.

KES can provide deep water well drilling solids control system with treatment capacity in 50m³/h - 500m³/h. The system mainly consists of slurry separation system and mixing recycling tank. The slurry separation system can effectively separate silt and sand from drilling mud, which prolong the drilling rig service life. The cleaned drilling mud is stored in mixing recycling tank and redelivered to drilling rig, meanwhile, the system owns power generator to provide power to system for field operation.

When system working, the slurry separation system is installed on tank with small floor area, the slurry separation system can be remotely controlled to start and stop. The whole system is easy to be installed and disassembled quickly and transportation.
