In the operation of channel cleanout and washed-out sand, the slurry separation system from KES can realize the basic solid-liquid separation well, which greatly improve the operation efficiency.

The 260 vehicle-mounted slurry dredging system is special design for the channel cleanout projects with multistage self-control sieving system. The system treatment capacity is 260m³/h and mainly consists of on customized container body ( to load whole system equipment ), VFD 260m³/h slurry desanding system, VFD 260m³/h slurry desilting system, level convey grillage machine, liquid collection tank, screw air compressor, drug tank, water tank,  manifold and electric control system  etc.

The system configuration adopts famous brands and the system equipment is of free combination as per actual site application with PLC multistage self-control, which greatly lower the labor cost. The system can effectively separate the fine, middle and coarse solids particles, effectively meet the cleanout and waste reclamation.

According to the project information of channel cleanout, KES can provide the cleanout treatment equipment and system with capacity 50m³/h - 500m³/h.
