The solid control system generally consists of shale shaker, vacuum degasser, all-in-one machine for removing sand and mud, drilling fluid centrifuge, agitator, slurry mixer, liquid-gas separator, electric control system, sand pump and 3 to 9 stirring tank bodies. The tank and tank, bin and bin of the whole circulation system can be separated and connected to meet the needs of drilling operation. The bottom valve of suction manifold can be opened flexibly, the seal is reliable after closing. These solid control equipment perform their respective duties to ensure that the solid control system separates and processes rock cuttings, silt and other particles in the drilling fluid, maintains the performance of the drilling fluid and stores the circulating drilling fluid.
