Installation steps
After the equipment arrives at the site, the user will check and accept it according to the delivery list.
First, place the washing trough on the pre-poured concrete foundation, and find the level according to the channel steel frame, with an error of 4 points within ± 2mm.
When installing the dehydrating screen and installing the spring upper support seat on the four support beams, the spacing should be basically equal, the upper and lower surfaces of the support should be parallel, the rubber spring should be perpendicular to the ground plane, tighten the clamp bolt and connect the motor line.
Install the pump body; place the pump body on the foundation, and the base shall be flush with the ground after leveling. The front end of the pump is equipped with valve, water inlet pipe and material washing tank. The water outlet pipe shall be aligned and welded firmly without leakage. The anchor shall be fastened with bolts after the secondary grouting is dry. The motor shall be connected with the power cord to test the rotation direction, which shall be consistent with the direction of the pump body, and then butt with the flange. After alignment, tighten the anchor bolts of the motor. The pump shall not run at empty load.
Cyclone: install the cyclone on the channel steel support on the return box, connect the return elbow with the water outlet, insert the lower end of the elbow into the return box and weld it firmly with the upper cover plate, recover the fine sand, install the front discharge box of the cyclone, install bolts and fasten. Install Φ76mm feeding rubber pipe, connect the lower end with the pump outlet pipe and tighten it with iron wire.
Procedure for installation of mud separator
Install the overflow rubber hose and install it into the water tank according to the site conditions.
