The structure of the filter press consists of three parts:
Rack
The frame is the basic part of the filter press. Both ends are thrust plates and pressing heads. The girders on both sides connect the two and hold them together. The girders are used to support the filter plate, filter frame and pressing plate.
1. Thrust plate: it is connected with the support to seat one end of the filter press on the foundation. The middle of the thrust plate of the van filter press is a feed hole, and there are four holes in the four corners. The holes in the upper two corners are the inlet of washing liquid or pressed gas, and the lower two corners are the outlet (undercurrent structure or filtrate outlet).
2. Compression plate: used to compress the filter frame of the filter plate, and the rollers on both sides are used to support the compression plate to roll on the track of the girder.
3. Girder: It is a load-bearing component. According to the requirements of anti-corrosion in the use environment, hard polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, stainless steel coating or new anti-corrosion coating can be selected.
