Recently, a mud‑processing system manufactured by Kesheng Energy for Sinopec’s Overseas Engineering Company was successfully shipped and dispatched via Tianjin Port to overseas oil and gas drilling sites, where it will be used for slurry preparation, utilization, and recycling.

The mud‑processing system at this mud‑station comprises a vertical mud tank, a horizontal mud tank, a shale shaker, an MCC room, a shear‑jet mixing unit, a centrifuge, a sand pump, agitators, mud guns, screw pumps, and other equipment, along with ancillary components such as platform walkways, guardrails, ladders, manifolds, flanges, flexible couplings, electrical control systems, and lighting.

Over the years, in response to increasingly stringent environmental regulations at home and abroad, the management of drilling mud—particularly its utilization, discharge, and recycling in the oil and gas drilling industry—has risen to the top of the agenda. Kesheng Energy has now developed tailored design solutions based on customer requirements and manufactured multiple mud‑processing systems, earning widespread recognition from domestic clients.

Since its establishment, Kesheng Energy Machinery Manufacturing Hebei Co., Ltd. has completed over 100 sets of solids-control systems tailored for drilling operations in oil, natural gas, coalbed methane, shale gas, and geothermal wells—covering rigs such as the ZJ20, ZJ30, ZJ40, ZJ50, ZJ70, and ZJ90—as well as more than 40 mud‑off‑site treatment systems and over 20 oil‑sludge reduction systems. Additionally, the company has delivered more than 150 slurry‑recovery and slurry‑water separation systems for applications including trenchless directional crossing, pipe jacking, tunnel boring, construction piling, bridge piling, and river dredging, along with six complete slurry‑treatment‑station systems.
