During the use of the drilling fluid shaker, the motor shall be filled with JS-4 high-temperature noise reduction lithium-based grease every three months. When injecting grease, foreign matter shall be prevented from entering the oil hole. The amount of oil injected is 30~40g/each bearing.

Precautions for operation of drilling fluid vibrating screen:
1. During the period of using the drilling fluid vibrating screen, the motor shall be filled with JS-4 high temperature noise reduction lithium base grease every three months. When injecting grease, foreign matter shall be prevented from entering the oil hole. The oil filling amount shall be 30~40g/each bearing.
2. When the amount of oil in the manual oil pump is reduced, the oil pump will not work normally, and 10# oil should be injected in time.

3. When moving and transporting, the screen box should be fixed and placed horizontally to prevent the deformation of the vibrating screen due to severe vibration, thus affecting the service life of the vibrating screen.
4. The thermal relay installed in the electric control box is used for overload and phase loss protection. If the motor and other reasons cause the electric control box to trip and stop, wait for 5 to 10 minutes and open again after troubleshooting.
5. Before use, the vibrating screen should be started for about 10 minutes, and after confirming that there is no abnormal sound and fault, it should be transferred to the working state. When the middle of the vibrating screen is stopped, it should be washed with clean water in time to prevent sundries flowing on the screen and drilling fluid from solidifying and blocking the screen holes. After drilling or stopping not, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned. When cleaning the debris on the screen, do not use sharp objects, so as not to damage the screen.
6, often check the parts of the fasteners, if found loose should be timely fastening. Check the screen fixing bolts in time.
