About the installation sequence of slurry pump under mud liquid:
1. Install the double row bearing on the pump shaft, and then install the bearing spacer and the upper bearing inner ring;
2. Install the pump shaft containing the bearing into the bearing body, and install the bearing gland and water retaining ring;
3. Install the upper bearing, bearing gland, bearing sleeve and locking round nut in turn;
4. Adjust the bearing clearance: Adjust the shaft to the lower end of the bearing body until it cannot be adjusted; fix a round nut, and the other round nut is not fixed. Use a crowbar and a dial indicator to adjust the axial clearance. The general clearance is 0.015~0.025mm; Then, tighten the nut and install the pump connection.
5. Install the connecting pipe, fixed plate, back cover, impeller, pump body, elbow and outlet pipe and fix them. Note: The clearance between the impeller and the front end of the pump casing is 2~2.5mm.
6. Install the motor base and the motor containing the electric connection.

Inspection and maintenance of slurry pump under mud liquid:
1. Observe whether the installation foundation of the pump is stable and whether the bolts of all parts are tightened.
2. Check whether the axial clearance of the pump has been adjusted.
3. Inject calcium-based butter into the oil standard.
4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
5. Start the motor, open the pressure gauge cock, when the pump is working at full speed, adjust the gate valve opening to the required range.
6. When the pump stops working, the motor should be stopped first, and then the pressure gauge cock should be closed.
